BBZ SIZES: Cigar length is in inches and cigar diameter is measured in 64ths of a inch. A cigar with a ring gauge of 50 will have a diameter of 50/64 of an inch. A cigar with a ring gauge of 32 would have a ½ inch diameter, and so on. We use a larger ring gauge for a more complex and fuller flavor.
BBZ SHAPES: Premium Connecticut & Premium Habano Rosado
Robusto: 5x50 Triple Cap End
Torpedo: 6 ¼x52 Tapering Pointed Cap
Toro: 6x54 Triple Cap End
BBZ WRAPPERS: An important element to consider, this is the outer tobacco leaf covering the cigar. The Rosado (reddish brown) is a sun-grown, darker wrapper and will tend to have a sweeter, fuller flavor. The Connecticut (light brown) is a shade grown wrapper, and is among the most expensive tobacco in the world. The paler colors tend to be milder.
BBZ BINDER: This is one of the three types of tobaccos used in a premium cigar. These leaves hold the bunch together.
BBZ FILLER: The tobacco leaf, which together with the binder forms a cigar. Filler leaves are hand rolled long and uncut are folded a certain way to allow the cigar to draw evenly. All BBZ cigars are draw tested.
